Roger J. Fairbanks is an industrial engineer and manufacturing operations consultant with 25 years of experience in process optimization, supply chain management, and industrial equipment procurement. Based in Pittsburgh, he has worked with steel manufacturers, chemical processing plants, and logistics companies to improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs. Roger holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and is a certified lean six sigma black belt.
